Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics/ Physics/ Statistics/ Data Science; Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00
HSC & SSC: Minimum GPA of 4.00 out of 5.00

Responsibilities & Context:
* Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly crew schedules.
* Ensure compliance with Flight Duty Time Limit (FDTL), Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) regulations, and company policies.
* Track crew rest periods, duty hours, and leave balances.
* Adjust rosters for leave, rest, training, and operational requirements.
* Communicate schedule updates and changes to cabin crew through official channels.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, flying hours, and cabin reports.
* Coordinate with the Training Department and other stakeholders to avoid conflicts.
* Work in rotational day/night shifts as per operational requirements.
