Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to understand TP & sample comments incorporate in sample.
∎ Provide technical solutions related to sewing/cutting which might arise from sample.
∎ Informing quality related problems encountered during preparing samples to QC.
∎ Maintain all types of technical equality data according to the requirement of the customers while sample developing.
∎ Motivate and retain sample room operators to meet the customer demand.
∎ Initiate and maintain contact with clients for clarification, coordination and negotiation of critical issues regarding qualities.
∎ Communicate with the vendors, pattern makers and technicians for all sample related issues to ensure quality standards are achieved.
∎ To make sample as per specialization so that sample will be perfect and get approval accordingly.
∎ Mark samples and finished patterns with information such as garment size, section, style, identification and sewing instructions.
∎ Perform any other task as & when assigned by top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication skill in English.
∎ Must have computer literacy and interpersonal skill.
