∎ Spain based Global Labels Bangladesh Ltd. has its production plant in DEPZ, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh having commercial operations in Asia and Europe. ∎ Job Location: Dhaka EPZ, Gonokbari, Savar, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up the sample and Lab dip
∎ Mail communication with buyers
∎ All submission status and follow up
∎ Lab deep approvals follow up
∎ Make all approval hard copy for our own production
∎ Should be capable of handle different buyer's order independently.
∎ Prepare all kind of production samples such as pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample before dead line of buyer requirement and Maintain Accessories booking and in-house on time.
∎ Follow-up of product development samples and approval.
∎ Takes all preparation related to existing customer's visit.
∎ Monitor all quality related issues for Dyeing, Dyeing finishing unit as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Responsible to follow up the dyeing sample quality (PP sample and counter sample) as maintaining the Buyer's requirement of existing product quality.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory condition, safety procedure, equipment, instrument and supplies, files and records.
∎ Implement the standard procedure for Quality Assurance in his/her work area.
∎ Test and improve existing product and processes.
∎ Cooperating in the development and testing of new product.
∎ Coordinate 3rd party lab test.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Coordinator, Laboratory/ Testing, Merchandising, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection, Textile Engineering
∎ Should have right knowledge for SMS and any other sample making
∎ Should have knowledge to handle detail work sheet of any item.
∎ Should have sound knowledge and capability of executing the complete approval procedure of Lab-Dip, Fit Sample, Size Set Sample and Quality Sample.
