• Age 22 to 36 years

• Prepare effective sales plans within a set budget, targets and deadlines for the project of Dhaka.

• Prepare monthly sales reports & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.

• Work closely with Real Estate Agents to collect potential customer data.

• Proper follow-up with customers till the execution of sales.

• Researching current trends and competitor offerings in order to develop new products or improve existing offerings.

• Promote the products of the company- flats & commercial space.

• Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities in order to determine whether goals were met and additional measures are needed.

• Developing and executing marketing strategies and plans for products-flats & commercial space.

• Prepare a database of potential customers. Survey new areas for data collection.

• To recruit Real Estate Agents in designated areas.

• Follow up with team members regularly. Build a strong relationship with Real Estate Agents.

• Arrange Meetings with the team members. Coordinating with customer influencers.

• Project presentation to the potential customer in the office & in the project site.

• Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
