Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare effective sales plans within a set budget, targets and deadlines for the project of Dhaka.
Prepare monthly sales reports & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
Work closely with Real Estate Agents to collect potential customer data.
Proper follow-up with customers till the execution of sales.
Researching current trends and competitor offerings in order to develop new products or improve existing offerings.
Promote the products of the company- flats & commercial space.
Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities in order to determine whether goals were met and additional measures are needed.
Developing and executing marketing strategies and plans for products-flats & commercial space.
Prepare a database of potential customers. Survey new areas for data collection.
To recruit Real Estate Agents in designated areas.
Follow up with team members regularly. Build a strong relationship with Real Estate Agents.
Arrange Meetings with the team members. Coordinating with customer influencers.
Project presentation to the potential customer in the office & in the project site.
Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
