Job Context
We are a leading real estate company in Bangladesh, seeking dynamic and target-oriented professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team. We are looking for individuals who can drive sales for our residential and commercial projects (apartments, land, or commercial spaces). The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a proven ability to achieve targets in the competitive real estate market.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for company projects, including apartments, land/plots, and commercial properties.
Lead Generation & Client Management: Generate new leads through direct client communication, networking, digital platforms, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Property Presentations & Site Visits: Present company projects professionally to potential clients. Arrange and attend client site visits to showcase properties and explain project details, pricing, and facilities.
Market Research & Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for business development. Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and daily communication records. Assist with sales-related documentation.
Client Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with interested buyers to convert leads into sales and manage the collection of booking money and installments.
