Job Context:
We are looking for a highly skilled, strategic and rigorous administrator for our modern super shop outlet, who can manage the overall operations, finance and inventory of the outlet in 100% compliance. This is not a typical management position; here you will have to be directly accountable for the outlet's profit and loss (P&L), accounting for each product and ensuring 100% compliance. No one will be considered without a long-term successful track record in the retail/super shop sector.
Hardcore Responsibilities:
Financial Accountability & Zero Mismatch: Maintain 100% accurate accounting of daily sales, cash and digital transactions. Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any discrepancy or negligence at the cash counter.
Strict Shrinkage & Inventory Control: Keep track of each unit of stock through modern ERP/POS system. Be fully responsible for keeping product theft, damage or shrinkage below the company's set limits (e.g. <0.5%).
Enforcing FIFO/FEFO: Strictly enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) rules at the outlet. If there is any legal or financial loss due to expired products, the responsibility will be taken.
Government Compliance & Audit Readiness: Maintain all the rules and regulations of the Government Consumer Protection Department, Safe Food Authority, BSTI and VAT (VAT) audits at all times, so that the outlet is always ready for any government inspection.
People Management & Discipline: Ensure strict discipline, proper shifting and grooming (uniform and professional behavior) of supervisors, cashiers and floor staff. Strictly suppress any internal grouping or negligence.
Data-Driven Indenting & Sales Growth: Send requisitions of the right products at the right time by analyzing data, so that no 'Stock-out' or 'Overstock' situation is created. At the same time, work to increase the sales graph every month.
