Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and dynamic Outlet Manager / In-Charge to oversee the daily operations of our supershop. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store operations, excellent customer service, proper inventory management, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the supershop efficiently

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets

• Maintain proper inventory levels, stock control, and minimize shrinkage

• Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports

• Coordinate with suppliers and head office for stock replenishment

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  
  Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail or supershop management

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems)

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
