Job Summary:
We are looking for a very smart, disciplined and responsible Floor Supervisor to ensure the outlet's floor operations, excellent customer service and attractive product display. The selected candidate will have to handle customers directly from the floor and ensure 100% efficiency of the staff. There is no room for lazy or irresponsible candidates here.
Responsibilities:
Flawless Floor & Display Management: Ensure that each rack, shelf and display counter is clean, well-arranged (as per plan) and replenished with products before opening the shop every day.
Rigorous Expiry Tracking: Monitor the expiration date of each product on the floor on a daily basis. Giving strict instructions to floor boys to sell short-expiry products first as per 'FIFO' rule.
Proactive Loss Prevention & Shoplifting Control: Keeping maximum vigil to prevent shoplifting inside the outlet by coordinating with CCTV team and floor staff. Handling suspicious situations with utmost professionalism.
Staff Accountability & Productivity: Preventing floor boys, trolley boys and helpers from sitting idle or evading work. Evaluating everyone's daily work and ensuring their professional behavior (Grooming & Attitude).
Customer Complaint Resolution: Solving any customer's problem regarding finding any product or billing line on the spot in a very calm and polite manner, so that the company's reputation is maintained.
Systematic Shift Handover: Closing the cash counter at every shift change and accurately explaining the physical stock of the floor to the next shift through a written ledger.
