Experience:
Demonstrated experience in both brand-building and trade/channel marketing.
Has planned or executed a trade fair or B2B industry.
Strong written communication in both Bengali and English – content, trade letters, press releases
Market Strategy: Develop and execute the brand positioning in Bangladesh across residential, commercial, dealer, and government segments.
Asset Creation: Build all brand assets from scratch, including visual identity application, messaging frameworks, campaign concepts, and product communication.
Brand Integrity: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints, ensuring zero co-branding inconsistency.
Funnel Management: Build a comprehensive lead funnel: awareness → inquiry → dealer referral / direct sale.
Vendor Management: Manage agency and freelancer relationships effectively to drive digital performance.
Sales Support: Enable the sales team by developing dealer onboarding kits, trade communication materials, and co-marketing assets.
Dealer Engagement: Design and execute dealer engagement programs, incentive communication, and brand visibility initiatives at dealer points.
POS Development: Develop point-of-sale (POS) materials—including banners, standees, product cards, and pricing displays—tailored for workshops, retailers, and EPC installer environments.
Compliance: Maintain strict brand standards across every dealer touchpoint.
Event Execution: Plan and execute the brand's presence at energy trade fairs, industry expos, and government-organized renewable energy events.
End-to-End Management: Oversee the complete event lifecycle: stall design briefs, collateral creation, staffing communication, on-ground coordination, and post-event reporting.
Market Research: Identify and shortlist relevant events across Dhaka and divisional markets.
PR & Media Relations: Build relationships with energy journalists, trade media, and the business press to draft and place press releases for product launches, milestones, and partnerships.
