Responsibilities & Context:

·         Develop and implement innovative, revenue-generating B2B & B2C business models tailored to the complex's commercial potential

·        Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international manufacturers, importers, distributors, and corporate clients

·         Design and execute Vendor Acquisition and Vendor Onboarding strategies to rapidly populate the commercial platform

·         Establish a strong Corporate Buyer Network and high-value Strategic Partnerships

·         Oversee showroom, warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, and commercial service operations

·         Identify and activate new revenue streams including leasing, trade commissions, logistics, and managed services

·         Lead commercial leasing, trade marketing, business promotion, and brand development initiatives

·         Conduct ongoing market research, competitor benchmarking, and commercial feasibility assessments

·         Develop and institutionalize SOPs, operational policies, and scalable business processes

·         Build, lead, and mentor high-performing Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams
