Educational Requirements:

∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Designing, Excellent communication skill, Planning, Plumbing Design, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, QC & Compliance, Supervision, Technical Drawing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Context:
∎ Applicant must have knowledge and previous experience of working with "GOST" standard and certifications. Necessary documentation knowledge regarding materials approval as per "GOST" standard will be added as advantage.****Should have min 5 years on field level working experience international construction projects****

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compare required materials specification with available materials specification in the market, collect certifications and apply for approval****
∎ Ensure compliance of used materials with the projects specifications.
∎ Supervise, participate and direct sampling and testing of all materials according to the contract and the specifications.
∎ Analyze the test results in a timely manner and recommend action to the project in-charge.
∎ Maintain records of test results and all taken corrective actions.
∎ Track and review the site testing and certificates of compliance.
∎ Ensure inspection and checking of all delivered materials to site for conformance to the project requirements and approval.
∎ Developing an understanding of specifications and client requirements to allow research, design and development of materials and working practices to ensure compliance with specifications.
∎ Identify non-conforming work and/or materials, maintain records and follow up that corrective action is taken by the contractor and close out each issue.
∎ Support teams in needed knowledge of material chemical, mechanical, and biological interface requirements
∎ Selecting the best combination of materials for specific purposes
∎ Advising on the adaptability of a plant to new processes and materials
∎ Support and lead validation of new tests and test equipment to aid new material development trends.
∎ Propose and implement improvement to existing procedures and processes.
∎ Analyze and document test data, investigate unexpected results or test modes.
∎ Support day to day running of the team and coordinating team resources when required.
∎ Atteding site meeting regularly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) both in English
∎ Knowledge in Russian language will be added as advantage
∎ Should have knowledge and previous working experience with GOST standard and certifications. ****
∎ Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
∎ Ability to learn sophisticated design and costing
∎ Should be able to write clear and precise reports
∎ In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
∎ Strong project management skills for complex and simultaneous project assignment priorities.
∎ Ability to lead or participate in multi-functional international teams.
