Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement Board visions through business conduct to achieve profitable operation and secure continuity and growth of the company.
∎ Overall responsibilities for technical and financial successful results of the company
∎ Implement all policies and procedure set out by the Directors and ensures that the company's structure is aligned to the company's business strategy
∎ Prepare annual business plan and be responsible to meet the forecasted budget, cash flow and profit
∎ Ensure that suitable project management systems are in place to achieve the schedule milestone, budget and quality constraints
∎ Manage business risk throughout all aspects of the company's activities
∎ Develop business relationships with strategic partners
∎ Develop internal systems, procedures and practices in line with the group standards and designed to continuality enhance the efficiency of the company's activities
∎ Formulate various action-plans for projects and communicate with team members and stakeholders
∎ Lead the whole operation of projects implementation, supervision and execution
∎ Manage project team to execute projects operation project effectively and efficiently.
∎ Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions with execution plan
∎ Ensure project execution within defined budget and stipulated deadlines
∎ Conduct regular project status meetings with projects team and clients
∎ Provide project progress status, delays and issues to authority in timely manner
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to project team as and when needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 years of professional experience in reputed construction company (Applicant should have working experience as "Project Manager" in power plant projects)****
∎ Professional knowledge of BOQ
∎ Familiar with International Project Contracts
∎ Capable of analyzing data and project planning
∎ Adept in Project Planning Software
∎ Very good command in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Presentation
∎ Must be smart, dedicated and well organized
∎ Brilliant leadership aptitude
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Able to travel (local and abroad) and work extended hours on occasions when required***
