Position: Marketing Officer / Business Development Officer

Company: LINBO CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED
Industry: Steel Structure Construction

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for steel structure construction projects.

• Visit clients, factories, industrial zones, and project sites to generate sales leads.

• Collect orders and secure contracts for steel structure construction projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers.

• Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields will be an advantage).

• Age: 22–45 years.

• Experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the construction or steel structure industry, will be given preference.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).

Additional Requirements

• Candidates who own a personal motorcycle with a valid driving license will be given preference.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.

• Good knowledge of the local construction market is an advantage.
