Job Context

  • We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial Chief of SBU – Flagship Outlet to oversee the overall business operations of our flagship outlet. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, ensure operational excellence, maximize profitability, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead a high-performing team while maintaining the highest operational standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall operations and business performance of the flagship outlet.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead, motivate, train, and evaluate outlet employees.

  • Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards.

  • Analyze daily sales reports and business KPIs.

  • Identify new business opportunities and execute growth initiatives.

  • Control operational costs while improving productivity.

  • Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
