Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing and Sales Officer, you will play a crucial dual role in driving both brand visibility and revenue growth. You will be responsible for attracting potential customers through creative social media marketing and directly converting those interactions into sales through proactive outbound communication and lead nurturing.

This role is perfect for an energetic, hardworking, and results-driven individual who is comfortable blending creative content creation (social media, basic graphics) with direct consumer sales operations in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Direct Sales Operations

Actively discover, collect, and generate high-quality business leads through social media channels, community engagement, and digital touchpoints.

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, pitch Sahaj Mobile’s financing/EMI solutions, and effectively convert inquiries into finalized sales.

Maintain a systematic follow-up pipeline with warm leads to maximize conversion rates and customer onboarding.

2. Social Media & Content Management

Manage, maintain, and grow the company’s official presence across major social platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and others.

Design and produce basic promotional visuals, banners, and layouts using Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.

Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for posts, captions, headlines, and digital campaign materials.

3. Campaign Coordination & Optimization

Assist in the planning, setup, and seamless execution of digital marketing and social media boosting campaigns.

Apply fundamental SEO practices to maximize the online visibility of digital content and landing pages.

Monitor daily campaign performance, track conversion metrics, and prepare simple reports to help optimize sales strategies.

Coordinate closely with internal credit, retail, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from a digital lead to a satisfied customer.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn, or candidates with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in digital sales, customer care, or social media management.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; must be highly confident and polite when handling outbound customer calls and follow-ups.

Technical & Creative Tooling: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar visual tools. Basic knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager (boosting) and campaign tracking is a major plus.

SEO & Copywriting: A basic understanding of SEO fundamentals and the ability to craft simple, catchy, and localized copy for a Bangladeshi consumer audience.
