Responsibilities & Context:

1. Client Communication & Lead Handling

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide proper information.

  • Build strong communication with clients and understand their travel needs.

2. Service Promotion

  • Promote company services including:

    • Visa Processing

    • Tour Packages (Domestic & International)

    • Hotel Booking

    • Travel Consultation

  • Explain packages, offers, and service benefits clearly.

3. Lead Generation & Follow-up

  • Generate new leads through calls and provided databases.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients.

  • Convert leads into confirmed sales.

4. Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Work toward increasing company revenue through tele-sales.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up.

  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

6. Data Management & Reporting

  • Update customer data, inquiry status, and follow-up notes properly.

  • Submit daily call reports and performance reports.

  • Maintain CRM or lead tracking sheets accurately.

7. Coordination with Other Department

  • Coordinate with visa processing, ticketing, sales, and marketing teams.

  • Ensure smooth client service execution.
