1. Client Communication & Lead Handling
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide proper information.
Build strong communication with clients and understand their travel needs.
2. Service Promotion
Promote company services including:
Visa Processing
Tour Packages (Domestic & International)
Hotel Booking
Travel Consultation
Explain packages, offers, and service benefits clearly.
3. Lead Generation & Follow-up
Generate new leads through calls and provided databases.
Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients.
Convert leads into confirmed sales.
4. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Work toward increasing company revenue through tele-sales.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Provide after-sales support and follow-up.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
6. Data Management & Reporting
Update customer data, inquiry status, and follow-up notes properly.
Submit daily call reports and performance reports.
Maintain CRM or lead tracking sheets accurately.
7. Coordination with Other Department
Coordinate with visa processing, ticketing, sales, and marketing teams.
