Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Client Acquisition
Identify and approach potential corporate clients for travel and visa services.
Develop relationships with companies, organizations, educational institutions, and business groups.
2. Business Development & Sales Growth
Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
Identify new market opportunities and business segments.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Corporate Meetings & Field Visits
Conduct corporate meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
Visit potential clients and business partners regularly.
Participate in networking events and business gatherings to generate leads.
5. Service Promotion
Promote company services including:
Visa Processing Services
Air Ticketing Services
Domestic & International Tour Packages
Hotel Booking Services
Corporate Travel Management Services
6. Proposal & Quotation Preparation
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service agreements for corporate clients.
Negotiate pricing and service terms with clients under management guidelines.
7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities for new products and services.
Provide regular market intelligence reports to management.
8. Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Maintain a proper lead database and sales pipeline.
Convert potential leads into confirmed business.
9. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
Maintain records of client meetings, proposals, and follow-up activities.
10. Cross-Department Coordination
Coordinate with Visa Processing, Ticketing, Operations, Accounts, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
