Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 40 years
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, lubricant, automotive, or related sectors will be preferred.

  • Prior experience in leading and supervising a field sales team will be an added advantage.

  • Age not more than 40 years (flexible based on experience).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

  • Capable of conducting regular market visits and field supervision.

  • Strong Leadership and team management capability.



Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Sales and Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, guide, monitor, and motivate the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales and collection targets.

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotional campaigns, and market trends, and recommend appropriate business strategies.

  • Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to monitor performance, provide coaching, and ensure effective market execution.

  • Resolve customer and dealer complaints promptly and coordinate with relevant departments for effective solutions.

  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and other management reports on sales, collections and market activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies, operational procedures, and reporting requirements.

  • Develop and expand sales coverage by increasing market penetration and customer reach.

  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising across the assigned area.

  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables and maintain approved credit policy.

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers / retailers, and key customers.

  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and professional conduct within the sales team.

  • Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
