Experience:
Minimum Graduate.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, lubricant, automotive, or related sectors will be preferred.
Prior experience in leading and supervising a field sales team will be an added advantage.
Age not more than 40 years (flexible based on experience).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Capable of conducting regular market visits and field supervision.
Strong Leadership and team management capability.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, guide, monitor, and motivate the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales and collection targets.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotional campaigns, and market trends, and recommend appropriate business strategies.
Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to monitor performance, provide coaching, and ensure effective market execution.
Resolve customer and dealer complaints promptly and coordinate with relevant departments for effective solutions.
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and other management reports on sales, collections and market activities.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies, operational procedures, and reporting requirements.
Develop and expand sales coverage by increasing market penetration and customer reach.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising across the assigned area.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables and maintain approved credit policy.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers / retailers, and key customers.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and professional conduct within the sales team.
Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
