• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Public Health
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Business Administration

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related discipline.

MBA in Marketing or Business Administration will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Medical & Healthcare Services.

Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, Medical Institutions, Health Insurance, Healthcare Membership Programs, NGO’s Healthcare Programs & Corporate Sales will receive preference.

Other Requirements

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership and team management capability.

Corporate sales experience is highly preferred.

Target-oriented with a proven sales record.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of CRM software will be an advantage.

Digital marketing knowledge will be considered a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Willing to travel throughout Bangladesh when required.

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and corporate sales skills with a passion for the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

Promote and sell BelleVie's Health Protection System Packages and Health Care Packages.

Generate new business opportunities from corporate organizations, SMEs, educational institutions, NGOs, hospitals, clinics, and individual clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and business partners.

Conduct meetings, presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations.

Prepare business proposals, quotations, agreements, and follow-up communications.

Negotiate and close sales agreements with prospective clients.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Develop marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.

Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure excellent client service.

Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and corporate meetings.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM and regular follow-ups.
