Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 45 years

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Diploma in Hotel Management will be an added advantage.

3 years (Executive level) / 3–5+ years (Senior level) experience in hotel sales & marketing.

Experience in hotel, resort, travel agency, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.

Experience in handling corporate clients, travel agents, and OTA platforms is an advantage.

Strong communication skills in Bangla and English (spoken & written).

Ability to prepare professional emails, proposals, and reports.

Good presentation and client negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with hotel PMS / CRM systems preferred.

Knowledge of Online Travel Agencies (OTA) platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).

Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Strong sales-driven mindset with target orientation.

Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Smart, professional appearance with hospitality etiquette.High level of honesty, responsibility, and discipline.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, marketing visits, and events.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or events when required.



Responsibilities & Context:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.

Identify new business opportunities from corporate clients, travel agents, and online platforms.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

Conduct regular market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and industry trends.

Promote hotel services, packages, banquet facilities, and special offers.

Actively visit corporate offices, travel agencies, and event organizers to generate business.

Negotiate contracts, room rates, and corporate agreements with clients.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.

Handle group bookings, long-stay guests, and corporate accounts.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.

Manage online travel agencies (OTA) listings such as booking platforms.

Coordinate social media marketing and digital promotions.

Assist in branding activities and public relations efforts.

Work with design teams for brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
