Age preferably between 18–35 years.
Minimum SSC/HSC or equivalent education (Diploma in Hospitality preferred for Senior Barista).
Previous experience in café, coffee shop, hotel, or restaurant will be an advantage.
Strong interest in coffee culture and hospitality industry.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
Understanding of coffee preparation techniques and drink standards.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Familiarity with café workflow and customer service standards.
Experience in POS/billing system operation (preferred).
Ability to maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
Good communication skills in Bangla; basic English preferred.
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages.

Ensure cleanliness of coffee station, equipment, and seating area.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Handle cash, billing, or POS system when required.
Refill stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
Respond to customer queries and ensure good guest experience.
Assist in maintaining café ambiance and service quality.
Support team members during peak hours.
Follow opening and closing procedures of the café.
Supervise barista team and ensure smooth café operations.
Maintain high standards of coffee quality, taste, and presentation.
Train junior baristas on brewing techniques and customer service.
Develop new beverage recipes and seasonal menu ideas.
Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control of coffee supplies.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines and tools.
Handle customer complaints and ensure service recovery.
Manage workflow during peak hours for faster service.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and café SOPs.
Monitor sales performance and support revenue improvement.
Assist management in staff scheduling and operational planning.
