Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, café, coffee shop, or hospitality management.

Excellent customer service and complaint-handling abilities.
Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Experience in inventory management, cost control, and budget monitoring.Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff effectively.
Experience in sales promotion, marketing activities, and business development.
Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required.
Ability to prepare operational, sales, and financial reports.
Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Fluent in English and Bengali (both written and spoken).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information.

Key Responsibilities:

2.Ensure smooth and efficient service during all operating hours.
3.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the premises.
4.Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
5.Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
6.Motivate the team to achieve excellent customer service and operational goals.
7.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
8.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
9.Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
10.Monitor daily sales performance and profitability.
11.Develop promotional activities and marketing strategies to increase sales.
12.Identify opportunities to improve revenue and customer traffic.
13.Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
14.Coordinate with suppliers for timely purchasing and delivery.
15.Minimize wastage and control inventory costs.
