Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in accounts and/or office administration.
Experience in corporate office, trading, manufacturing, or service industry preferred.
Freshers with strong academic background and accounting knowledge may also apply (for junior level).
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (must), Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP, or similar).
Ability to prepare financial reports and maintain digital records.

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
Handle accounts payable and receivable management.
Maintain cash book, ledger, and journal entries accurately.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budget preparation and expense monitoring.
Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Assist in tax-related works (VAT, TDS, etc.) when required.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain office files, records, and documentation system.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and organizational information.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company regulations.
Assist in implementing internal control systems.
Perform any other accounts or administrative tasks assigned by management.
Handle office supplies, procurement, and inventory management.
Support HR activities such as attendance, leave records, and staff coordination.
Arrange meetings, appointments, and company events when required.
Maintain office cleanliness, discipline, and working environment.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
