Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
∎ Build relationships with potential clients.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, digital content, direct visit to clients.
∎ Effectively list and market secondary properties, showcasing their unique features and advantages to potential buyers.
∎ Plan and execute events to showcase our projects
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights an recommendations for improvement.
∎ Daily door to door market visit & make short list of potential clients.
∎ Achieve monthly sales target regularly.
