Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Prior experience in the battery industry will be an added advantage.
Good command of spoken English is desirable.
Must be a proactive team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide excellent customer service and support to assigned dealers.
Track and verify all MR batteries received from dealers.
Conduct Battery Test Reports (BTR) as per standard procedures.
Accurately record all MR battery data in the ERP system.
Ensure timely delivery of replacements in line with company policies and SOPs.
Complete daily operational tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Engage in exciting activities such as research and development (R&D) initiatives.
Conduct technical training sessions for service technicians.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Supervise and monitor technicians’ daily activities while maintaining proper records.
