Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year of experience in the relevant field will get you preference.
∎ Having experience in E-Commerce platforms will get a preference.
∎ Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications must.
∎ Setting a mind to listen to customer inquiries properly and provide prompt resolution
∎ Good English & Bangla Typing speed & negotiation skills is a must.
∎ Must have the willingness to learn, vast communication, problem-solving nature & leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look for sales chances and understand what customers need.
∎ Proficiency in managing customers over inbound or outbound calls is mandatory.
∎ Maintain relationship with the customers via Facebook page messages and emails.
∎ Maintain good professional relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction to the highest level.
∎ Maintain records and other documentation and up to date Daily and monthly reports of sales.
∎ Quickly solve customer complaints and pass on important issues to the right staff.
∎ Cooperate with colleagues and ensure fast support to customers with highest level of professionalism.
∎ Set up positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
