These opportunities are purely for Experienced person in Sales and Marketing job.
∎ EkkBaz is a B2B E-commerce for Bangladesh.
∎ Reporting to: Manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly working with the products and distributor making plan for onboard to achieve the sales target.
∎ Able to make sure about all the above matters must have to be done A-Z in Sales and Marketing
∎ Monitoring product market activities.
∎ Follow up with all product sales and promotional activities.
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & dominance on products.
∎ Find Prospective Client by door to door field visit.
∎ Ensure market development through maintaining a strong clientele.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback
∎ Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans and sales targets.
∎ Good communication skills, Negotiation Persuasion Skills, Target Oriented.
∎ Achieve the primary and secondary sales target industries are construction /FMCG/ Agricultures/MFS under B2B market
∎ Implement modern sales techniques to establish market and target customer strategies in coordination with each sales team.
∎ Provide market and competitor information to improve the targeting, pricing & product development processes and monitor sales metrics.
∎ Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company goals generating new business scope using existing and potential networks.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client Relationship Management, Computer skill, Excellent communication skill, Sales & Marketing, Construction/Financial Services/FMCG/Agriculture/ Pharmaceuticals, Trading or Export/Import.
∎ Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
∎ High-level communication and networking skills.
∎ A passion for sales and product development.
∎ Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
∎ Good project management skills.
∎ Knowledge of working in construction side.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent Knowledge in Excel and PPT Presentation.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
