Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ BBA/ MBA/ Honor's /Master's in any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skill, Basic IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, communication and interpersonal skill., Google Sheets, Multi tasking ability
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sales, Sales and Marketing in FMCG or Pharmaceutical are encouraged to apply, Veterinary Medicine Products
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, and partners for praniSheba
∎ Capable of handling multiple levels of partners like banks, insurance, and financial institutions with a deal closing attitude
∎ Capable of work under pressure with multidimensional or multi-department activities
∎ Prepare reports as required by management
∎ Coordinate incremental development, i.e. periodic tweaks, of praniSheba the digital platform to keep pace with the changing demand of existing and new partners
∎ Prepare and submit commercial offers and agreements to partners
∎ Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external partners
∎ Creating an agents network for praniSheba and providing proper training to them
∎ Coordinate business development activities of praniSheba
∎ Maintain useful relationships with the government and non-governmental stakeholders including but not limited to the Department of Livestock Services
∎ Maintain useful relationships with commercial dairy, fattening farms, and cooperatives
∎ Organize participation in various livestock-related events and exhibitions either as an exhibitor, sponsor, or participant
∎ Must be willing to travel to different parts of the country
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have a passion for life-long learning
∎ High integrity and professionalism
∎ Must have the excellent analytical ability
∎ Must have a thorough knowledge of Google Suite
∎ Must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in Bengali and English
∎ Must have multitasking ability
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
