• Demonstrated experience in warehouse, stock and/or supply chain management
• Expert problem solving skills with the ability to 'think outside the box'
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to adapt in high stress situations
• Demonstrated strategic planning and implementation of new programs and processes
• Proficiency with the Google office suite
• Strong communication skills; both verbal and written; both in Bangla and English
• Able to work outside working hours if required.

• Generating eCommerce sales and meeting up targets
• Devising digital and offline marketing plans for e-commerce platform
• Exploring offline business opportunities and supplier onboarding
• Closely work with software developers for continuous improvement of pranishebashop.com.bd
• Manage stock availability, warehousing and delivery procedures
• Monitor stock movement to ensure optimal warehousing practices are met
• Implement operational process improvement initiatives
• Track project milestones to ensure successful outcomes
• Manage the implementation of multiple dynamic project implementation process concurrently
• Manage a team and contribute to their professional development
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with third party providers
• Drive business partnering projects with Buying, Logistics, Store Operations and other key internal departments
• Ensure ROI of the ecommerce platform.
