Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Graduation from any public university;
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take ownership of assigned sales targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration
∎ Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits, meetings, and effective communication. Understand client needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions to address their requirements
∎ Develop a deep understanding of our Ceramic products, including their features, benefits, and customization options. Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients
∎ Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities. Stay updated on industry developments and provide insights and suggestions to the sales team for enhancing sales strategies
∎ Maintain accurate sales records, including customer interactions, sales visits, and orders. Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and propose improvements for sales growth
∎ Manage assigned sales territories effectively, and ensure optimal coverage and customer reach
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
∎ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with the aptitude to handle objections effectively
∎ Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
∎ Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships
∎ Strong business acumen and market awareness, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
