Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical/Chemical Engineering

• 1 to 2 years

• Age 19 to 30 years

• Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical/Chemical Engineering

• Preferably applicants experienced for 1 - 2 years

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Auto-CAD

• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English

• Willing to travel anywhere any time in Bangladesh

• Diagnosing and resolving complex technical faults in existing stability chambers at sites.

• Developing, implementing, and overseeing preventive maintenance and calibration schedules to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

• Working for installation, testing, and final commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality according to specifications. 

• Serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Monitoring and evaluating customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to sales teams. 

• Preparing and submitting detailed reports on service activities, performance of machinery & equipment, and customer interactions to team leader.

• Ensuring all service records, technical documentation, and customer information are accurately maintained in CRM systems or databases.

• Travelling anywhere any time in Bangladesh alone/with colleagues and foreigners.
