Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare factory according to the buyers' factory assessment standard.
∎ Implement Section wise SOP.
∎ Conducting Internal Audit to ensure SOP is being implemented properly.
∎ To collect corrective action plan on audit findings from section head.
∎ To record and analyze action plan and submit to Management for review.
∎ Ensure Supply Management System (Supplier Performance & Supplier Evaluation).
∎ To Provide Training on different types SOP.
∎ To make different types of CAP According to buyer findings.
∎ Conduct factory internal audit after every 6 months as per factory SOP.
∎ Prepared Section wise Job Description.
∎ Monitoring the from section to section product traceability procedure.
∎ Monitoring mold prevention procedure.
∎ Monitoring the sharp tools management.
∎ Monitoring needle control management.
∎ Monitoring non-conforming Procedure.
∎ Monitoring Measurement tape calibration.
∎ Monitoring equipment calibration procedure.

Salary: Negotiable
