Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ Bachelor in Food Technology.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform analytical test of food items like Free Fatty Acid, Peroxide Value, Fat Test, Alcoholic Acidity test, Granularity test, Acid Value, Residual test, Moisture , Gluten test, Milk Fat test, Milk Alcohol test, Milk Alkali test, Milk Formalin test and Acidity test.
∎ Work with production teams to ensure quality & timely delivery of products.
∎ Support factory in-charge in ensuring maximized production efficiency.
∎ Investigate production related problems, analyze root causes & identify the best solutions.
∎ Set quality standard for all kinds of raw materials and finished products.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring quality of finished products, raw materials, printing and packaging.
∎ To perform foil & carton test like GSM, Bursting Capacity.
∎ Perform inspection of wastage products returned from the outlet

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-3 years. Experience in any Sweets, dairy or food industry.

Salary: Negotiable
