Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow up quality Controlling process from Development stage to Shipment.
∎ To ensure quality zero defects as per buyer's direction.
∎ To conduct garments manufacturing as well as sampling, inline ,pre -final and final Inspection, also day-to-day production follow up.
∎ To take the responsibility of fabric checking, generate daily reports on quality checking and quality passed garments,
∎ To be accountable and maintain productivity at optimum level at all time by close communication.
∎ To improve and invent QA procedure, recommend corrective procedures.
∎ To maintain good relations with the factories.
∎ To be capable maintain the CP date for submitting samples from supplier.
∎ To ensure all technical points are maintained in the products as per tech pack / buyer approval.
∎ Review suppliers' production plan and resource allocation plan and make necessary recommendations to ensure On Time Shipment.
∎ To work and take initiative in developing and ensuring quality of the product.
∎ To perform additional responsibilities and special projects as needed or directed by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in a renowned Knit Factory.
∎ Proven track record of handling reputed buyers (Europe & USA).
∎ The candidate must be international standard in the field of garments production with Quality Assurance.
Salary: Negotiable
