Experience:

• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry

• Age At least 23 years
• Only Male

• Ability to read and write in English

• Good understanding of QC laboratory practices, SOPs, and GLP

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working in a manufacturing environment

• Male candidates are preferable

• Perform sampling, inspection, and analysis of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) as per approved specifications and SOPs.

• Conduct sampling, inspection, and analysis of bulk and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Carry out in-process inspections and testing at defined checkpoints to identify and prevent quality issues.

• Investigate product complaints, deviations, and non-conformances and prepare investigation reports.

• Reject or quarantine non-conforming materials or products following established procedures.

• Conduct DM water, process water, and environmental water analysis and prepare reports.

• Perform competitor product and sample analysis for benchmarking purposes.

• Carry out quality control inspections at third-party manufacturing sites and submit inspection reports.

• Analyze retention samples and prepare analytical reports.

• Develop and update test methods and SOPs for new raw materials.

• Perform internal calibration of laboratory instruments.

• Conduct specimen sample analysis and prepare relevant reports.

• Perform sampling and analysis of market return products and prepare investigation reports.

• Conduct analytical investigation of complaint samples and recalled products.

• Prepare and standardize reagents and solutions following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and availability of chemicals; initiate requisitions in case of shortages.

• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, & hygiene.

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all QC activities, inspections, tests, and rejections.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
