Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 35 years
Should have moderate knowledge about common Finishing machinery components.
Need to have audit ability commensurate according to production volume.
Must be efficient on manipulate & dealing with subordinate manpower properly.
Good knowledge/ awareness of Quality control policy & compliance terms.
Must be capable to perform with under pressure & circumstance related strategy to overcome from any quality worse situation.
Responsibilities & Context:
Need to work on Finishing & Packing area layout as well as on Quality control SOP.
Interpretation of Buyer comments to instruct production team & operators.
Follow up Carton Shipment and total Packing procedure.
Preparing or summarizing weekly / monthly or any periodical reports through analysis on quality or others relevant field progression/ degradation
Conduct an internal meeting with self-team and to create an orderly work environment with friendly behavior.
