Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of Production for ensuring that plant design, workflow and assembly methods by maximizing operational efficiency
∎ Prepare forecast regarding future facility, equipment and workforce need
∎ Assist Head of Production for ensuring manufacturing capacity is sufficient to meet business requirements
∎ Communicate and establish overall direction and strategic initiatives by Head of Production for the given major function or line of business
∎ Coordinate implementation of policies and programs to ensure product's manufacturing within schedule and according to established quality and cost standards
∎ Assist HOP for Internal auditing for sustainability of any new process project or initiative
∎ After audit find out the bottlenecks of any project or initiative and update time to time to Head of production
∎ Attend meeting with Head of Production or a representative of Head of production
∎ Will work in required section about efficiency and try to increase efficiency as guideline of Head of production
∎ Coordinate with production and marketing team and report to Head of Production

∎ Age 27 to 35 years
