Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and direct movements towards fabric department to meet daily production target
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of skilled workers
∎ Overall monitor from fabric to shipment
∎ Ensure sewing production through in-charge, supervisors and others
∎ Set the line lay out as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency
∎ Communicate and follow up with various departments
∎ Initiate machine maintenance team to get most suitable support from them
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage
∎ Ensure and organize effective training for increasing productivity, maintaining quality standard and reducing absenteeism
