Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing yarn/grey fabrics
∎ Conduct regular stock checks and alignment with system’s records
∎ Supervise the receipts & issue of yarn/grey fabrics
∎ Ensure safe and organized storage of yarn/grey fabrics
∎ Issue and maintain relevant & accurate records
∎ Update inventory data in ERP systems
∎ Ensure compliance with factory standards and audit requirements
∎ Supervise and train store keepers, helpers and labor staff
∎ Ensure overall operations of the store like receiving, issuing, safety, reporting, documentations and damage management etc.
