∎ Proven experience in litigation coordination, legal drafting, and court procedures.
∎ Strong knowledge of legal compliance and research methodologies.
∎ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple pending cases efficiently and proactively.
∎ The candidate needs to be sound in using legal English and Bangla.
∎ S/he should be ready for 24×7 service if required.
∎ S/he should have complete proficiency in MS Excel and Bijoy.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and manage pending litigation cases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files.
∎ Vet and draft various legal agreements and contracts in line with company policies.
∎ Represent and visit courts, including administrative and revenue courts, to follow up on cases.
∎ Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing litigation and compliance efforts.
∎ Ensure adherence to legal compliance requirements across all company operations.
∎ Liaise with external legal counsels and internal departments to streamline case management.
