∎ Production Management:
∎ Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to timelines.
∎ Coordinate with other departments (e.g., GPD, quality assurance, logistics) to ensure smooth production flow.
∎ Monitor and optimize production schedules to meet demand forecasts and minimize downtime.
∎
∎ Quality Control:
∎ Ensure that all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
∎ Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to reduce defects or inconsistencies.
∎ Lead troubleshooting efforts in the event of production issues.
∎
∎ Process Improvement:
∎ Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase quality.
∎ Implement lean manufacturing practices or other methodologies for continuous improvement.
∎
∎ Team Leadership & Coordination:
∎ Supervise and manage production teams, ensuring proper training, motivation, and adherence to safety standards.
∎ Provide guidance to junior executives and production staff, offering mentorship and resolving conflicts when necessary.
∎ Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans for team members.
∎
∎ Inventory and Resource Management:
∎ Monitor raw material stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability.
∎ Oversee machinery and equipment maintenance schedules to avoid delays.
∎ Optimize resource utilization to prevent wastage and improve cost-efficiency.
∎
∎ Reporting & Documentation:
∎ Maintain detailed records of production activities, schedules, and outcomes.
∎ Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting production KPIs, issues, and resolutions.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
∎
∎ Problem-solving:
∎ Address production bottlenecks, equipment failures, or supply chain disruptions promptly.
∎ Analyze production data and take corrective actions to mitigate recurring issues.
∎
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
∎ 4+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
∎ Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
∎ Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in production management software (e.g., ERP systems).
∎ Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎
∎ Desired Skills:
∎ Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certifications.
∎ Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎
