- কাষ্টমার কল রিসিভ এবং ইস্যু নোট করা ।
- গেজেট অথবা মোবাইল এক্সেসোরিজ স্মার্ট ওয়াচ আইটেম নিয়ে ব্যাসিক ধারনা থাক
- গ্রাহক সাক্ষাৎকার এবং প্রডাক্ট রিভিউ ভিডিও বানানো ।
- ওয়ার্কিং টাইম সকাল ১১ টা থেকে ৬.৩০ পর্যন্ত ।
