We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Executive- Planning (Woven Garments)" for a reputed woven garments company. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.

1. Develop and implement production plans to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
2. Coordinate with merchandisers and buyers to understand order requirements, prioritize orders, and allocate resources accordingly.
3. Monitor production capacity and adjust schedules as needed to ensure optimal resource utilization.
4. Work closely with the sourcing and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production.
5. Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain product quality standards throughout the production process.
6. Track production performance metrics and prepare reports to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency.
7. Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on production schedules and priorities.
8. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
