Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire production planning and coordination functions for the entire operation and ensure on time shipment.
∎ Prepare & implement line allocation based on business requirement.
∎ Prepare Production Plan for any critical issues in advance.
∎ Forecast delay situation and future bottle necks and take precaution accordingly.
∎ Plugging orders in productive way to ensure optimum utilization of capacity and maintain live production plans.
∎ Will be fully responsible for "On time shipment" of all order.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum Work-In-Process (WIP)
∎ Analyze the bottle-neck process.
∎ Method study.
∎ Grade the operator for new or existing.
∎ Follow-up the production and take necessary action for achievement
∎ Update skill inventory regular basis.
∎ Ensure the process flow through proper bundling system.
∎ Layout the machine by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best workflow.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Be able to handle Production Plan efficiently & professionally;
∎ Must have excellent analytical management skills;
∎ Skilled in woven with update method.
