Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain production plans aligned with order forecasts and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, and Product Development teams for timely order execution.
Monitor daily production and finishing progress, ensuring alignment with shipment and buyer requirements.
Update management regularly with planning and production status.
Ensure garment finishing quality meets buyer specifications and internal standards.
Collaborate with sewing, quality, and merchandising teams for smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
Conduct training and skill development to enhance finishing efficiency and quality performance.
