Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity
Monitor production progress and adjust plans to meet delivery deadlines
Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of raw materials
Balance production capacity, labor, and equipment utilization
Track inventory levels and minimize shortages or excess stock
Analyze production data and prepare reports for management
Identify potential production risks and implement corrective actions
