Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the production capacity of the factories from booking, production planning up to shipmen.
∎ Analyze daily production figures and order status as compared to the Time & Action Plan, to confirm deliveries will be on track.
∎ Analyze the factory's production process flow, its challenges, and propose possible solutions.
∎ Solve the challenge the factory's production plan about the process for ontime shipment.
∎ Follow up the production achievement based on schedule.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years

Salary: Negotiable
