Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Public Administration
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
∎ Training/Trade Course: Human Resource Management,Compliance
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry, Team Leadership

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Compliance Management, Human Resources Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement

Job Responsibilities:
∎ (Part A: HR & Admin)
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals and industry best practices.
∎ Lead and manage the HR & Admin team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and retention of top talent.
∎ Develop and maintain effective employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
∎ Design and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-performing employees.
∎ Develop and deliver Training and Development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
∎ Implement effective Performance Management systems, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development initiatives.
∎ Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, motivation, and well-being.
∎ Partner with Top Management to understand business needs and provide HR insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
∎ Ensure HR processes and systems are efficient, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
∎ Execute proper Administration system all over the factory efficiently and effectively.
∎ (Part B: Compliance)
∎ Implement Buyers COC, BLL-2006, BLR-2015 and international standards.
∎ Lead & provide proper guidelines to Compliance Team to maintain Buyer's COC & compliance related issues and conduct various types of internal audits for own factory and ensure that the Factory is always ready as per Compliance.
∎ Handling all types of audits related to Social/ Environment/ Technical/ BSCI/ WRAP/ C-TPAT/ISO/SMETA (Sedex)/RCS/GRS/OCS/Higg/RSC(Accord).
∎ Dealing with Buyers and third-party auditors on compliance issues with success.
∎ Ensure that all types of factory documents and licenses are updated.
∎ Being responsible for overall factory Sustainability issues.
∎ Regularly inspecting the factory premises and proactively identifying all compliance lapses and taking measures for their rectification and following up on the progress of the internal audit.
∎ Correspond with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as needed.
∎ Interact with factory floor personnel to prepare them for compliance audits and make them aware of maintaining better compliance standards.
∎ Prepare regular compliance reports and standards.
∎ Collect regulatory documents relating to labor ordinances, occupational health & safety and social responsibility, ethical trading etc.
∎ Preparation of factory floors/working environments in accordance with social compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Retired armed forces personnel are well encouraged to apply
∎ Practical experience working in the Compliance Department of well-known companies
∎ Detailed knowledge about social and technical compliance requirements of garment manufacturing units.
∎ Standards, BSCI, WRAP & ISO as per buyer/customer standards and requirements.
∎ Should have practical experience in handling CoC audits of several renowned buyers.
∎ Proven experience as an HR leader in the Bangladesh RMG industry, preferably at the senior level.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and regulations, as well as industry-specific compliance requirements.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
∎ Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and develop a team.
∎ Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
∎ High level of integrity and confidentiality.
