∎ Age 30 to 47 years
∎ Experienced in Garber software
∎ Experienced for woven items bottom and top as well.
∎ Assessment of design sample, fit sample, C/seal, pp samples upon received from the buyer.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should be responsible for Create Master Pattern and grading patterns to ensure accurate sample submission and bulk production.
∎ Prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern.·
∎ Pattern Correction according to Sample Fit.
∎ Create and grade patterns to ensure correct samples are submitted to the customer·
∎ Identify and solve any pattern issues in the development stage to eliminate potential issues in bulk production.
∎ Implement customer grade rules and specs as necessary.
