∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive technical files from the concern Merchandiser and maintain clear documentation.
∎ Make the Pattern with Gemini CAD system according to the Tech Sheet for fabric consumption, sample & bulk.
∎ Receive all types of mail from Merchandisers & buying offices & take proper initiatives accordingly.
∎ Verify & check patterns, buyer’s comments to ensure accuracy of the measurements to garments.
∎ Provide technical advice & support to Merchandiser & Production team.
∎ Assist to the Head of Department by giving necessary information to run the department smoothly
∎ Vast knowledge in CAD operation and manual pattern making especially in Knit Garments
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ All Kinds of Sample development as per buyer requirement.
∎ Acknowledge, understand, implement and emphasize on buyer's requirements in order to ensure safety and hazard free product.
∎ Making the pattern sets after obtaining the buying office approval then issuing the same to the Cutting Department and the approved preproduction sample and finished pattern to the production Department.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Should able to prepare, develop pattern independently.
∎ Must have practical experience and knowledge in using Gemini software
∎ Must know 100% accurate pattern grading and correction as per production report.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
